Rates & speed
- Standard shipping: $4.99 flat rate within the USA.
- Free shipping: Orders over $25 ship free.
- Processing time: Most orders ship within 2 business days.
- Delivery time: 3–7 business days after shipping, depending on your location.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. If you haven't seen it after 3 business days, check your spam folder or email us.
International shipping
We currently ship to the USA only. We hope to expand to Canada in the future.
Returns & refunds
Because seeds are perishable and viability depends on storage after shipping, we cannot accept returns once an order has shipped.
If something goes wrong
We stand behind every packet. If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or you have a germination concern despite following our growing guide, email deshisprout@gmail.com within 30 days with your order number and we'll make it right — replacement, refund, or store credit.
Wrong address?
If you entered the wrong shipping address, email us within 6 hours of placing the order. After that, the order may already be in fulfillment and we can't change it.
Seeds are sold for planting only and not for human consumption. Germination depends on soil, weather, and planting method; results are not guaranteed.
